This is a black-and-white photo of a giant stone statue sitting on a rocky ground. The figure has the body of a human but the head of a bull, with big curved horns. Its neck is wrapped in a beaded collar, and it looks calm with its eyes half-closed. This photo was taken in Mysore, a place in India, back in the 1800s. The statue is called Nandi, which is a bull often linked to Hindu tradition. Check out the Victoria and Albert Museum to see more photos like this one.
