The market stall is a 1730 oil by Willem van Mieris, a Rococo painting work, held at Fitzwilliam Museum.
This painting shows a woman sitting at a table, surrounded by baskets of food. She is wearing a pink dress and has a white apron on. In front of her is a large basket of fish, and to her right is a basket of fruit. The woman is reaching out to touch a basket of grapes. The scene is set in a dark room with a brick wall behind the table. There are some green leaves hanging from the wall, and a few baskets and other objects are scattered around the room. The artist of this painting is Willem van Mieris.
