Părul și barba scurtă castanii, ochii căprui, gura roșie. Poartă o tunică lungă, verde, pe umeri având prinsă o mantie roșie. În mâna stângă ține o sabie lungă, sprijinită în pământ, în dreapta o cruce dreaptă și o ramură verde. Aureola gălbuie.Fond albastru verzui, cu urme ale prelucrării lemnului. Proporțiile sunt în general respectate, se bservă influențe ale picturii neoacademice. Posibil să fie sfântul Ioan cel nou de la Suceava
